You want to verify the current build of your product is supported.
If you are on an older build of our products, we recommend you update to the latest build for each product. The latest product builds are available on our Product Downloads page.
We will continue to provide support to users on older versions as much as possible and reasonable. If a bug is found in an older release, this may mean the only recourse is to upgrade to a supported version of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
