Before RPM, we had four people doing pricing manually when we went live on Acumatica. We have customer-specific locked pricing, Item Class based pricing, Customer Class based pricing, and hybrids of Item Class and Customer Class, all across two base prices divided between two customer sets. In all, six levels of complex evaluation are made manageable in Rockton Pricing Management. Those four people no longer need to manage pricing now that we’re on Rockton Pricing Management.
