RSAS Triggers Missing for New Company

Issue:

You added a new company and now Auditor is missing the Triggers for the new company.

Resolution:

In order to add the triggers from SQL Table audits for a new company, you can run the rebuild process. Here are the steps.

1. Have everyone log out of the system and make a complete restorable backup.
2. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | Auditor | Auditor Setup.
3. In the Auditor Setup window, click on the Troubleshooting tab.
4. Click Rebuild.
5. In the Auditor Rebuild window, mark Rebuild SQL Triggers.
6. Click Process.

Also, make sure the Audit Group access includes the new company. The Access window is in Audit Group Maintenance and click Access button.
