When importing an Auditor Group I got a message stating, “Import complete. Part of the import was not saved either because it already exists in Auditor, or because it was not valid.”
Running the Reconcile process should eliminate this message if you are getting this message in error.
Below are the steps you will need to take to clear this error message.
- Open the Auditor Setup window.
- Choose Reconcile from the drop-down and click Process.
- On the Reconcile window, you can first choose the Integrity Check option, which will give you a list of the things that it finds that it can correct. Then, if this list looks OK, you can run the Remove Stranded Items option to actually clean things up

- Try deleting the Auditor group and importing the Group again.
