Error:

This occurs when importing data into Microsoft Dynamics GP.  The table name will vary depending on what module you are importing into within Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Cause:

When importing data using a login that is not the GP login (a domain account), the triggers created for the new Transaction Lifecycle feature of Auditor do not recognize this login.  This causes the import to fail.

Resolution:

Update Auditor to the latest build for your Version of Microsoft Dynamics GP.  The latest release includes the fix for this issue.

Note:

If you are unable to update at this time, you can also disable the Transaction Lifecycle feature within Auditor.  To do this, follow these steps:

1. Log in to GP and go to Tools | Setup | Auditor | System Settings.
2. In the System Settings window, click Options.
3. In the Auditor Options window, find the Miscellaneous Options section in the lower right corner.
4. Mark the Disable Tracking for Transaction Lifecycle option.
