Auditing views or Modified Tables Using a SQL Table Audit

Explains if you may audit Views or Modified Tables and if so, how to audit them.

More Information:
Views may not be used in audits, however, modified tables may be audited. In order, to audit a Modified Table, you may need to run the Rebuild process if the Modified Table does not appear in Auditor.

1. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | Auditor | Auditor Setup.
2. Click the Troubleshooting tab.
3. Click Rebuild.
4. Mark the box for Rebuild SQL Tables Master.
5. Mark the box for Rebuild all Databases From Scratch.
6. Click Process.

After following these steps, your Modified Table should be available to select and set up a new audit.
