Registration Keys do not work for Rockton Products

Issue

Registration information is not working or is showing invalid for Rockton products.

Resolution 1

Verify the following information has not changed.

  1. Site Name
  2. Number of Users
  3. Dynamics GP Version

If any of this information has changed, new registration information is needed. From the Rockton Software Registration Issues window, click Get Keys (for Dynamics GP 2018 and earlier) or Register (for Dynamics GP 18.2 or later) button for updated registration information. If the registration is still invalid, contact sales@rocktonsoftware.com for further assistance.

For Dynamics GP 2018 and earlier, verify the registration keys entered are correct and a typing error was not made when entering the keys.
