Unable to open Sales Transaction Entry Due to Contract Mass Update

Unable to open the Sales Transaction Entry window because you receive a message stating another user is doing a Contract Mass Update.

A user may be locked in the Contract Mass Update window for Omni Price.

Follow the steps below to clear the locked user.

1. On the Microsoft Dynamics GP menu, click Tools | Setup | Omni Price | Clear Stranded Locks.
2. In the Clear Stranded Locks window find the user and verify the user is not in the Contract Mass Update window.
3. Click the User ID and then click Unlock.
