Your Registration Keys are showing as ‘Invalid’ when your Maintenance Agreement is current and the Keys appear to be correct.
Sometimes it is possible that there is data stuck in the WDC40000 table which is causing the Registration Keys to not ‘stick’ so to speak.
- Be sure you have backups made before going through the steps.
- Close the Omni Price Registration window and GP9.0.
- Run the following script in SQL DELETE DYNAMICS..WDC40000 where PRODID = 1999
- Log back into GP and re-enter the Registration Key information that was sent to you by the Rockton Sales team.
If after completing the above steps your keys still do not register, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
