Why are records not populating in the Transaction Logging table WDC12100, when bringing in orders through our sales order import process?
The WDC12100 is the log table. This table contains data when Transaction Logging is enabled in the Omni Price Pricing Setup window. Please ensure you have not disabled logging on the Pricing Setup window.
You can get to the Pricing setup window by going to Tools>>Setup>>Omni Price>>Pricing Setup. If the box is checked for ‘Do not log details when Customer Pricing System is used’, then you have disabled this feature and logging will not occur, so no data will exist in the WDC12100 table. To enable this feature, make sure the box is NOT checked.
