Record in ERP did not Delete in RPM

Issue

When you delete a record in Acumatica/Dynamics GP, the record still appears in Rockton Pricing Management (RPM) under the Acumatica/Dynamics GP Data records.

Cause

Deletes are not synched between Acumatica/Dynamics GP and RPM.

Resolution

Manually delete the record from RPM after you delete it from the Acumatica/Dynamics GP.

Steps to delete:

  1. Log in to RPM.
  2. Expand the ERP Data menu.
  3. Click the section where you wish to delete the record, for example, Customers.
  4. Highlight the record you wish to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
