Items are getting "stuck" in the queue

How do we get items processed that are ‘stuck’ in the queue?

An option was added to the latest build of DRM that will free up the Email Queue if some process has failed and left items ‘stuck’ in the queue. So, you can upgrade to the latest build.

If you are unable to upgrade at this time, please go to GP>>Tools>>Utilities>>Dynamics Report Manager>>Clear Report Queue (or Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Q). It should clear out any items that are ‘stuck’ in the queue after you cancel it.
