How to set up Version Pro to notify the Administrator when there is a product missing or there is a conflict.


This will provide information on how to set up Version Pro to notify the System Administrator of product issues or conflicts.


  1. On the Microsoft Dynamics GP menu, go to Tools | Setup | Dynamics GP Toolbox | Version Pro Products.
  2. Under the following sections, mark the Email Administrator checkbox for those sections you wish to notify the administrator.
  • When a required product is missing from a workstation.
  • When a workstation product version conflicts with the system registry.
  • When a workstation product is in the system registry.
