The information here provides details on Price Schedules in Rockton Pricing Management (RPM) and how they tie to the Price Classes in Acumatica.

More Information
The Price Schedule in RPM is a powerful entity used to generate pricing information and carry that pricing to Acumatica. The Price Schedule includes details such as the Price Source, Rounding Rule, Pricing Filter, and Price Calculations. The RPM engine calculates an item price based on the criteria entered on the Price Schedule. Doing this on one screen allows for easy setup and maintenance of pricing information in RPM.

Price Schedules work in coordination with the Price Class within Acumatica. During the RPM implementation process, the existing Price Classes from Acumatica are imported directly into RPM to create matching Price Schedules. After those Price Schedules exist in RPM, they are now tied directly to pricing in Acumatica. This gives you the ability to then continue with the setup of those Price Schedules directly in RPM.

If a new Price Class is needed, you create the Price Class in Acumatica. A new Price Schedule is automatically created in RPM with the same name through the sync. process. Any edits to those Price Schedules are then done directly in RPM.

Note: Use the Pricing Scenarios feature in RPM to run through test scenarios to make sure the Price Schedule is calculating as you want before processing in Acumatica.
