Error: Unhandled script exception: Division by zero, script aborted. EXCEPTION_CLASS_SCRIPT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO SCRIPT_CMD_MOD

Error:
When you use SmartFill and tab off a field you have entered a value for, you receive the following error message:

Unhandled script exception:
Division by zero, script aborted.

EXCEPTION_CLASS_SCRIPT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO
SCRIPT_CMD_MOD

Cause:
A possible cause to this error is that the Initial results to display value in the SmartFill Options window is set to 0.

Resolution:

  1. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | SmartFill | Objects.
  2. In the SmartFill Objects window, click Actions, and then click Options.
  3. In the SmartFill Options window, enter 1000 in the Initial results to display window.
  4.
Note: The default value should be 1000; however, if the Make a Selection window is taking a long time to load, you can try lowering the number to a number lower than 1000.
