Error:
During the Install/Upgrade process you receive the following message:

An error occurred with the pass-through SQL connection. Action: Initialize_SQL_Tables_MSTR’ 

This message is followed by:

‘ODBC support codes: 54 2627 [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint ‘PKRSAS030’. Cannot insert duplicate key in object ‘dbo.RSAS030’. The duplicate key value is (11). 23000′

Cause:
This error message indicates the SQL Tables MSTR needs to be rebuilt.

Resolution:

1. Have all users log out of Microsoft Dynamics GP (GP) and make a complete restorable backup.
2. Log into GP as sa.
3. Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | Auditor | Auditor Setup.
4. Click the Troubleshooting tab.
5. Click Rebuild.
6. Mark the following:
   1. Rebuild SQL Tables Master
   2. Rebuild SQL Triggers
   3. Rebuild SQL Scripts
   4. Rebuild all Databases From Scratch
7. Click Process.
8. In the Auditor Setup window, click the Setup tab.
9. Click Install/Upgrade Auditor.
10. Go through the Auditor Install Welcome wizard.
