Rockton Software’s Registration Issues window provides instant access to Rockton Software registration keys with the Get Keys button! Simply install the latest build for Microsoft Dynamics GP versions 10, 2010, and 2013 of our software, and it will handle the registration keys for you–anytime day or night.

The registration keys for all Rockton Software products currently installed in Microsoft Dynamics GP will be verified at several points in the install or upgrade process: after completing the Installation Wizard, anytime a Systems Administrator logs in, or when the Microsoft Dynamics GP Registration window is exited. The Rockton Software Registration Issues window opens automatically if any Rockton Software products are not properly registered.


The box at the bottom of this window will list each Rockton Software product that requires registration keys. To retrieve the registration keys, simply mark the check box for each product that requires new keys, and then click the Get Keys button. This will automatically try to register each product selected.


Even if there are no valid registration keys on file for Rockton Software products selected, a temporary registration key will be provided that will expire in 30 days. If keys cannot be provided, there will be a message that indicated there was a problem. Please click on that message, in the list, to open the internet browser for the details of the issue and how to resolve it.
