If you’re managing royalties with software tools, you’re likely dealing with one or more of these issues:
Royalty rules are complex, and your current process relies on spreadsheets, manual calculations, or disconnected systems.
You lack clear visibility into accruals, line-level tracking, or how sales translate into payouts.
Calculations based on sales, margins, or other variables are time-consuming and prone to errors.

Configure Your Royalty Rules
Set up the specifics: sales triggers, margin-based percentages, contract terms, recipient logic, and payout schedules.
Automate and Monitor Results
Rockton Pricing Management calculates royalties as sales happen, tracks accruals, generates payouts or internal chargebacks, and provides dashboards so you always know what’s owed and earned.
How Rockton Pricing Management Software Works
Line-level Tracking & Visibility
RPM tracks royalties at the sales document line level, linking each sale to the royalty calculation and the payout record.
Automatic Calculations
Royalties based on sales volume, margin, item category, contract conditions or any combination of variables are calculated automatically with no manual spreadsheets.
Accruals and Payouts
Accurate accruals are booked as transactions occur, giving you visibility and audit-ready trails into what’s owed and what’s paid.
Integration with Your ERP/Sales System
RPM integrates with your accounting or ERP solution so royalty logic lives in context with sales, inventory, pricing and financial systems.
Royalty calculations build independently from zero – accurate licensor payouts regardless of other pricing adjustments on the same order
Define royalty rates by brand or product line – each licensor agreement tracked separately with its own rate
Multiple royalty agreements resolve in rank order – every licensor paid correctly at order entry, automatically
