RPM – Grid Not Displaying Filter Line Values

When using RPM for Acumatica, the filter line values no longer display in the grid. Filters still apply correctly, but the individual filter lines cannot be viewed, removed, or edited.

Cause

The grid’s column layout may have become corrupted or misconfigured, causing filter lines to be hidden from view even though the underlying filter logic continues to function.

Resolution

Reset the grid columns using the grid’s built-in control. This restores the default column layout and makes the filter lines visible again.

1. Navigate to the grid where filter line values are not displaying.
2. Locate the 3-dot menu (⋯) (ellipsis control) in the upper-right corner of the grid.
3. Click the 3-dot menu and select Reset Columns.
4. The grid will reload with its default column layout. Filter line values should now be visible and editable.

Note: This solution applies broadly to any RPM grid that should contain data but is not displaying it. If a grid appears empty or is missing expected content, using the 3-dot control to Reset Columns is the recommended first troubleshooting step.
