Omni Tools Modules are not listed

I can find the Omni Tools palette but none of the modules are listed, what now? None of the modules have been activated. Please open the Omni Tools install window with the following steps and complete the installation process. Select Help >> About Great Plains, then select Extras (from the middle of the menu bar) >> About Omni Tools. Press the Install button from the About Omni Tools window. Please press the Register Button and activate the required modules, then un-install and install the palette entries for each company.
