RPM Settings After Installing and Publishing Customization Package

Once you install and publish the customization package, you will want to access the RPM Settings window within Acumatica and ensure the settings are correct

“Branch ID:” –  Should fill by default for the branch logged in as.  Every branch that will use RPM will need an RPM Setting

Enable Rockton Pricing Management – check to enable or disable RPM

“Price Mode:”- If Price Mode is not set, you will want this set to static. If this is already set, leave as is.

“Get Price Input Option:” – Recommend Friendly Name unless otherwise instructed

“Basis Date-Sales Order”- This can be set to your preference

“Basis Date-Invoice”- This can be set to your preference

“Basis Date-Appointment:” – This can be set to your preference

“Basis Date-Service Order:” – This can be set to your preference

“Webservice-URL:”- add the provided URL: Example- https://customernameapi.rocktonsoftware.app

**Note make sure there is not a “/” or “\” at the end of the URL**

“RPM Company ID:” – You will need to copy and paste the RPM Company ID from RPM. The steps to locating the RPM Company ID are listed below:

  • Login to RPM
  • Click the “Tools” tab on the lefthand side
  • Click “Settings”
