Data Sync

The new Data Sync feature seamlessly integrates data from your Dynamics Business Central system into RPM, ensuring efficient and synchronized data transfer with minimal latency. The Data Sync process in RPM has undergone significant enhancements and a comprehensive redesign to improve efficiency, flexibility, and reliability. New features like Sync Map Preview, Sync Sets, and Sync Connectors have been introduced to streamline data synchronization between various systems. These updates provide more precise control, faster data processing, and enhanced troubleshooting capabilities, ensuring that your data is always up-to-date and accurately reflected across platforms.

Sales Quotes

We’ve expanded RPM’s pricing capabilities to now include Sales Quote transactions. Just like with Sales Orders and Sales Invoices, RPM can automatically update pricing on Sales Quote lines using the Customer Price Group. This group is determined based on the selected pricing method: Dynamic, Static or Hybrid.

Additionally, you can now view line adjustment details and access diagnostics directly for Sales Quotes, providing better insight and control over your pricing processes.

Ping Service

A new Ping Service feature has been introduced within RPM Settings. This allows you to validate the entries made on this page, ensuring that the Web Service URL and RPM Company ID are correctly configured. This feature helps confirm that your RPM Settings are accurate and properly connected.

Enable and Disable RPM

A new button was added in RPM Settings that allows you to Enable or Disable RPM on a per-company basis. This feature provides flexibility, letting you easily manage RPM’s pricing functionality as needed for each company..

Improved View Diagnostics

We’ve expanded the size of the diagnostic details in the RPM Diagnostics window, providing more visibility into your pricing data. And, you can now further enlarge the RPM Diagnostics page, making it easier to review and analyze diagnostic information.

Adjustments Carry to Order and Invoice

Some new functionality ensures price adjustments made on a Sales Quote seamlessly carry over when the document is converted to a Sales Order or Sales Invoice. Similarly, any adjustments made on a Sales Order will now transfer to the corresponding Sales Invoice. This enhancement ensures that accurate pricing is consistently maintained across these Sales transaction types.
