You are trying to delete a record from RPM, for example Item Filter, and when you go back into the window the record reappears.


Cause 1:
The record is highlighted but not marked before you click delete.

Cause 2:
The record originates from the ERP system.


Resolution 1:
When you delete a record in RPM, then you must mark the record in order to delete it. If you highlight the record and click Delete, it does not delete.

Resolution 2:

Records created from the ERP system, for example Item, may not be deleted in RPM unless Application Test Mode is enabled.

To enable Application Test Mode

  1. In the RPM Engine, go to Tools | System Settings.
  2. Click the Advanced Settings tab.
  3. Mark Application Test Mode.
