Clearing the password history

How do I clear a User’s password history?

In order to have the option to clear password history you will need to have the “Allow Clearing of Password History by Administrator” and “Password Uniqueness” checkboxes marked on the Omni Password window.

To clear the password history for a user, log in as an administrator and go to Tools | Setup | System | User | Select a User. Place the cursor in the Password field and you will be prompted with “Would you like to clear the Password history for this user?” message.
