Omni Price is active but still does not use my price? If the price on the contract is higher than the price specified by the standard Great Plains inventory system, Omni Price will only use the higher price if the “Use Customer Pricing even if Special Price is higher” option under Cards >> Omni Price >> Setup Omni Price is checked.
