Auditor is a simple data-change management tool which tracks field and record-level changes to your system by user. Now you can answer the Who, What, When, Where, How, and Why of your system data. Auditor tracks old and new values of data fields, who changed them, when they were changed, and optionally can require a note for users to explain why they made a change. Now includes E-Sign for electronically signing documents inside of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
And with integration into Smartlist, reporting and security is a snap.

Our Response to the Microsoft OEM of Audit Trails

All products are priced per System User. System Users refers to the number of users registered within Microsoft
Dynamics GP System Manager, not the number of users who will use the product.
Annual Maintenance Agreement is 20% of current product price, and is required for the first year at time of
initial purchase. For international pricing, please contact your local reseller.
Downloads
All product downloads are fully functional and work indefinitely in the Microsoft Dynamics GP
Test Company. Once you have completed your evaluation, you can contact your
Microsoft Dynamics GP reseller to purchase a registration key to unlock the features in your
production companies. We can also provide test keys to work in production companies.
